Partners of the DYTIATKO Festival noted the high level of work of participants and organizations in an unusual format

During the closing ceremony of the XII DYTIATKO International Children’s Media Festival, the finalists and winners in video competitions were addressed by the festival’s partners, who provided support in this year’s special categories. Honorary Consul of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Kharkiv Afgan Salmanov, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan Emin Najafli, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Europe office in Ukraine Elena Litvinenko noted the high level of organization of the festival in an unusual format and the quality of the participants’ work.

Afgan Salmanov, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Kharkiv, addressed the finalists and winners in a video message: “I welcome the participants of the festival! Winners of the nomination “Together we are power!”- you are real friends, and your work inspires. “Together we are a force!” – these words united many people around the world to fight the pandemic. I wish all creative youth a good future, create films that can make the planet earth kinder!”

“Dear kids. At the festival, you discovered new opportunities, new facets of talent, became more competent, gained experience that was shared with you by professionals who have valuable knowledge. Each person is unique and talented, and it is in his or her power to reveal own talent for the benefit of all mankind. Taking this opportunity, I wish you all good luck in all your endeavors, do not stop there and let new victories await you!” – said the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan Emin Najafli.

Deputy Chairman of the Council of Europe office in Ukraine Olena Lytvynenko emphasized that she is proud of the long-term support of talented young people, because every year not only the number, but also the quality of festival works, on the subject of local government in particular, is growing significantly.

“By supporting this competition for many years, the Council of Europe, together with its organizers, aims to update the issue of everyone’s responsibility for the life of their community and involvement in the development of a particular territory, which are based on the basic European principles of freedom, equality, dignity, respect for human rights, the rule of law and democracy. Actually, this is a European-style local government. Because there are a lot of interesting ideas in the submitted works that show that you are able to organize yourself and implement useful actions to improve the standard of living of citizens, improve the development of territories, and make the country a better place where you want to live and develop. I wish you to make your dreams come true. Develop in the format of a media festival and do not stop there,” the Deputy head of the Council of Europe office in Ukraine said.
